What is Freediving ?

It might be that you are exploring oceans or lakes or spearfishing or enjoying the practice of line diving. You might choose to use fins or a monofin or no fins at all !. You might go on to competition or underwater photography or simply travel to freedive in amazing places around the globe.

Yes.
How healthy do I have to be to Freedive ?
A normal healthy person can Freedive. Before starting your course you will need to complete an AIDA Medical Statement. If you answer “yes” to any of the listed conditions you will need to get a doctors signature that it is safe for you to participate in freediving.
